Live here! We’ll pay for your student loans.

This is the message from Niagara Falls, NY, to students and new graduates who choose to live downtown.  According to this article on the Atlantic Cities blog, the population of Niagara Falls, NY has declined from about 100,000 in 1950 to 50,000 today.  In an effort to draw people to live downtown, the city will pay up to $3,500 per year in student loans to students who buy or rent downtown.   Read more here.
